Acceptance
By creating an account or using Damaanati, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use the app.
Eligibility and authority
You must have the legal capacity and authority required under applicable law to use Damaanati and to store the information and documents you add. If you act for another person or organization, you are responsible for having appropriate authority.
Purpose of Damaanati
Damaanati helps you organize warranties, contracts, reminders, and related documents.
Local accounts
Free 1.0 accounts are device-local. Creating a local account does not create a cloud account or activate Premium or cloud services. More than one separated local account may exist on a device.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the lawfulness, accuracy, and appropriateness of information and documents you enter or store, for reviewing them before saving, and for not infringing another person's rights.
Original documents remain authoritative
Damaanati is an organizational aid, not a replacement for original receipts, warranties, contracts, or official records. Keep and verify authoritative originals independently.
OCR and AI-assisted information
OCR or AI-prefilled information may be incomplete, inaccurate, or misread. You must review and correct it before relying on it. These features do not provide legal advice, interpret a contract authoritatively, or make decisions about you.
Reminder limitations
Reminders depend on the dates you enter, app and device settings, permissions, and operating-system scheduling. Delivery is not guaranteed. Verify important expiry, renewal, cancellation, and claim dates independently.
Local storage and data-loss risk
Free-account data is primarily stored locally. Uninstalling Damaanati, clearing app data, losing or damaging the device, storage failure, or an unsuccessful transfer may cause permanent data loss. Keep independent copies of important information and documents.
Operating-system backup
Android or iOS may include eligible data in OS backups or device transfers, but availability, retention, and restoration are controlled by the platform provider and are not guaranteed by Damaanati.
Password responsibility
You are responsible for choosing and protecting your local password, limiting access to your device, and remembering the password. Damaanati cannot remotely recover or reset the current Free local password. Do not send your password by email.
Account deletion
A deletion request starts a 30-day grace period. You can restore the selected account during that period through the current in-app flow. Final deletion occurs at or after the scheduled date when deletion maintenance next runs and affects only that account and its owned local data, including notifications and attachments included in cleanup.
Acceptable use
You must not use Damaanati for unlawful purposes, interfere with or attempt to compromise the app, reverse-engineer or exploit it except where applicable law permits, or use it in a way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
Advertisements
Free 1.0 may display advertisements packaged with the app. Their presence does not guarantee or endorse an advertised product or service. Network-based advertising is not currently active.
Intellectual property
Damaanati, its software, branding, and supplied content are owned by or licensed to FUTURETECH Limited Company and are protected by applicable law. These Terms do not transfer those rights to you. You retain responsibility for content you add.
Feature availability
Features may change, improve, or be removed. Premium or cloud services may be introduced in the future; references to future functionality do not mean those services are currently available.
Suspension and termination
To the extent the current local product permits, access may be limited or ended where reasonably necessary to address unlawful use, security risks, or legal requirements. Account deletion remains available through the implemented in-app process.
Disclaimer
Damaanati is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by Saudi law, FUTURETECH Limited Company does not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that OCR, AI output, reminders, backups, or extracted information will be complete or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by Saudi law, FUTURETECH Limited Company's liability relating to Damaanati is limited as allowed by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or user rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Privacy Policy
The Privacy Policy explains how personal data and other information are handled and forms a separate notice associated with your use of Damaanati. Agreement to these Terms is not blanket consent to all personal-data processing.
Changes to these Terms
FUTURETECH Limited Company may update these Terms from time to time when features, practices, or legal requirements change. For material changes, users may be notified or presented with updated Terms where appropriate or required.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the use of Damaanati will be subject to the competent courts of Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, unless applicable Saudi law requires otherwise.
